I stated working out about six months ago, I’m lucky enough to have space for a home gym so all my workouts have all been self taught from magazines & YouTube. After six months of working hard I was happy with my results but knew there must be a better way and I was starting to get injuries as my technique wasn’t the best this is when I found Pure Fitness Group.
I knew right from the first consultation that they could offer exactly what I was looking for. No fixed contracts, good equipment and trainers that will push you to where you need be.
My basic goal was to get ripped!!! I was paired up with Ben Brown who specializes in Strength & Conditioning and the results have been amazing!!! Ben has pushed me to achieve the same results that I achieved at home over 6 months in only 3 weeks. His in depth knowledge of Strength & Conditioning training backed up by a Degree in sport science really turned out the results and he’s not shy on sharing what he knows.
Ben mixes it up every session making the workouts extremely fun and whilst your training you learn the science behind the workouts too so it’s not just “lift this” and “push that” he educates you as to why you’re doing it and what it achieves.
Ben also put together an awesome program to suit my equipment at home so I was able to step up my home training to keep up with my PT sessions.
All in all, I’ve been absolutely stoked with the service & results since being with the Pure Fitness Group. So much so that I have all ready recommended friends that are now training with Pure Fitness too. I would recommend anyone that is looking to take their workout to the next level to come to the studio and check them out.

Pat has been my personal trainer for over a month now and prior to that I attended his boxing classes three times a week.
Pat offers a perfect combination of diverse training methods, individualised exercise programs that gets me huffing and puffing in no time!! His professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to his work and his clients, provides a perfect scenario for success and sets foundations for a new healthier lifestyle. After working with a couple of personal trainers prior to Pat, you really appreciate when you get a good one! Since having my two children I have struggled to find some sort of exercise to keep me enthusiastic.I started personal training with Patrick about four months ago.Every session with him is interesting and challenging.He is very professional in his approach to his work.In the past, I've suffered with a lower back problem. Since working with Patrick he has improved my core strength and I am happy to say my back has already improved.Gyms are not normally my thing; however I have found Patrick to be a great motivator, able to push me without being “in your face ".I now look forward to my training and enjoy getting fit.

I had given gymnasiums a try before but never with much success. I found it difficult to stay motivated and training in big establishments alone was pretty uninspiring. It was always easy to find an excuse to give it away.
I wish I had discovered Pat and Pure Fitness Group a long time ago.
It’s impossible to exaggerate the benefits of a personal trainer and Pat has done wonders for my health and fitness. He gets the most out of me at our training sessions but always within my capabilities especially as an “older” guy. It’s great to have someone like Pat always there encouraging me to do that little bit extra to achieve my fitness goals. I’ve been with Pure Fitness and Pat for six months now and I haven’t been this fit and this trim for years.
